Tom and Cameron started with a dream of building a business designed to quickly (1-3 years) transform the health and prosperity of other companies. The first step in achieving this goal was to build out the services that Devro would offer to help take on business owners’ headaches. After careful analysis of what keeps a business owner up at night, they hired experts in marketing, employee matching, bookkeeping, and consulting.
Devro Group’s plan is to consult with other businesses and provide them the tools and path to ascend their business and to offer other business services such as marketing, finding the right employees, and bookkeeping to businesses that only need niche solutions.
We have 6 things we target in business development to ensure business leaders the peace of mind they deserve after putting in the hard work it takes to lead an organization: Leadership Development, Leadership Health, Cultural Clarity, Financial Stability, Process Developed, and Directional Focus. When you achieve these things, you start to achieve organizational health (think rowing team where everyone is in sync and pulling in the same direction).

Tom is one of the co-founders of Devro Group. Since starting Devro, Tom has learned the importance of keeping your head up and smiling every day. He loves being able to help others grow and succeed. Tom grew up in Kalispell, Montana, and the best advice he was ever given is that you can only fail if you stop, everything else goes into your experience bank. Tom is married and has two daughters. In his spare time, he likes to ride dirt bikes, camp, and raise Wagyu cattle.
Cameron is one of the co-founders of Devro Group. Since starting Devro, Cameron has found that having a great to team to share in the workload and finding each employee’s natural work behavior is what can make a company truly successful. He enjoys working with the team and delegating task that he does not have the talent or time to do. Cameron grew up in north Clark County and the best advice he has ever received is to have your priorities in this order: faith, family, work, then play. Cameron is married and has 10 children, 7 boys and 3 girls. He is also the proud grandfather of 10 kids. In his spare time, he likes to hike, hunt, fish and travel to see friends.
Amber works as Director of the Ascend Group. She oversees the Marketing and Recruiting departments and does an excellent job multitasking. What she loves most about working at Devro is helping clients to find great employees and helping people to find great jobs and new careers in a lot of cases. Amber grew up in Kelso, Washington, and the best piece of advice she has ever received is to wake up with a song in your heart and a smile on your face. Amber has one daughter. In her spare time, she likes to discover new things, read, play board games, and binge watch her favorite television shows.
Anne works in our financial solutions department. Anne’s quick wit and sharp thinking keeps everyone on track and focused at Devro. She enjoys the versatility of her job, always having something new and exciting to do. Anne grew up in Portland, Oregon, and the best advice she ever received is to never give up. Anne is married and a huge fan of the Oregon Ducks. In her spare time, she likes to garden, read, and watch sports.
Clayton works in our IT department. He has learned while working at Devro how important clear communication is within an organization. He loves the feeling of satisfaction he gets from solving a problem brought to him. Clayton believes it’s important to recognize that mistakes are a normal part of life and they make you who you are today. He is from Vancouver, Washington and enjoys sketching, reading, and talking with friends. Clayton lives by the quote “Adversity is the anvil on which our character is forged.” and his top three values are Integrity, Compassion, and Determination.
Erika works in our financial solutions department. With the given “Office Mom” role, She works hard behind the scenes to make sure every detail at Devro is accounted for. She really enjoys getting things organized while at work. Erika grew up in Battle Ground, Washington, and the best piece of advice she has received is to look up and remember to be thankful for what she has. Erika is married and has two daughters. In her spare time, she likes crafting, reading, and spending time with her family.
Noah works as our Marketing Director. While working at Devro he has developed processess and been an intrecal part of builng our structure. He loves the freedom to make his own choices. He grew up in Vancouver, Washington and the best piece of advice he has recieve is to “Live in the moment”. Mr. Moseby is his black labradoodle, named after Mr. Moseby in Suite Life of Zack and Cody. Noah values loving others, keeping your word, and being truthful, and in his spare time he likes to skateboard, cook, and play video games.
Grace is the Ascend Group Administrative Assistant. She is the superforce beind the scenes at Devro. She takes any idea and turns it into creation for Devro. She has learned that if you are stressed out about something, take a moment to look at the facts, and then go back. Grace grew up in Battle Ground, Washington and loves to read, clean, and write. She is the youngest of six and has two kittens names Ginger and Hummus. Her bucket list includies rock wall climbing, take a jump while snowbarding, and traveling to Hawaii. Grace values respect, loyalty, and integrity.
Brian is one of our consultants. Over his time at Devro he has enjoyed learning from clients and the way they operate their business. The best advice he ever received is that a customer doesn’t always care about how you handled a job, but how you handle what you messed up. When he has time to spare he likes to travel, snowmobiling, and working around the house. If plans follow through he is hoping to get his pilots license. Brian values openess, honesty, and doing what your going to do.
Andrea is our Bookkeeping Associate. She has learned at Devro that it’s important to keep things fun no matter how serious your job is. She loves the trust she is given at Devro. She grew up in the beautiful White Salmon, Washington and the best advice she has gotten is, “If you put you mind into something you want, you can get it done”. She has a Golden Retriever named Oakley, an Orange cat named Kitty, and 4 chickens. Along with all of the animals, she is also expecting! She enjoys going on walks, and eventually she wants to visit other countries, and own more dogs. She values Honesty/Integrity, Loyalty, and Compassion.
Jennifer is another one of our Bookkeeping Specialists. While working at Devro she has learned to be super organized, and keep a list because there are so many tasks that you can’t complete at the time as new tasks always arise. Her favorite aspect of the job is all of the different tasks which are always keeping her busy. One of the best pieces of advice she has ever received is “Don’t compare yourself, as comparing yourself to others will ruin your happiness because we are all different.” Jennifer grew up in Woodland. She loves going outdoors, spending time with family, playing with her two boys (Milan & Rey), and reading books. Someday Jennifer wants to go white water rafting, and scuba diving. Three things she would take on a desert island would be a book, endless water supply, and matches. A quote she lives by is one she got from her favorite podcast, “Comparison is the ruin of joy.” Her top three values are honesty, loyalty, and kindness.
